Graphic & Web Designer

This is your role
As our Graphic & Web Designer, your initial focus will be on redesigning and modernizing our existing marketing materials including brochures, folders, and case studies to give them a premium, contemporary look that works both in print and digital formats. While refreshing these assets, you’ll ensure every design decision aligns with our brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency across all touchpoints.

You'll be responsible for preparing final files that are ready for professional printing as well as digital distribution. This means working closely with local teams in different markets and coordinating directly with print partners to manage production timelines, formats, and quality standards. In addition, you’ll maintain structured and well-organized versions of each asset in multiple languages, ensuring that all teams — regardless of region or language — have access to the right materials at the right time.

Your role also includes active collaboration with our content, marketing, and product teams to make sure the materials not only look great but also communicate effectively and support our commercial goals. As the role evolves, you’ll gradually take on more responsibilities in web and digital design, contributing to the visual development of our public website and ensuring it aligns with the style and standards you’ve helped define on the print side.

Your profile
We’re looking for someone with at least three years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Web Designer, with a solid background in designing for print. You have a sharp eye for layout, typography, and branding, and know how to bring structure and clarity to both visual and written content. You’re comfortable managing multilingual marketing materials and understand how to keep them visually aligned, even when working across languages and regions.

Your understanding of the print process goes beyond design, you’re familiar with production standards, file preparation, and finishing options, and you know how to translate creative ideas into technically sound output. Experience in the AdTech or SaaS space is a strong advantage, as it helps you connect more easily with the needs of our business and target audience. While your current focus is on print, you also bring experience in web and UI design, and are ready to evolve into that space as the role develops.

Above all, you’re highly organized, work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. You know how to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing sight of consistency, quality, or deadlines.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Web Designer with strong print experience
  • Excellent sense of layout, typography, and branding
  • Experience managing multilingual marketing materials
  • Knowledge of print production and finishing standards
  • Familiarity with AdTech and/or SaaS is a strong plus
  • Experience in web design / UI work
  • Organized, independent, and detail-oriented

Tools

You’re highly proficient in Adobe InDesign, which you’ll use as your primary tool for structuring and delivering high-quality print materials. While InDesign and Figma are essential, experience with tools like Illustrator, or Photoshop is definitely a plus especially as the role expands into web design. If you’re already familiar with basic prototyping or web layout tools, that’s a welcome bonus, as it will make the transition into digital projects even smoother.
